Membership FAQ
Is membership required to shop or use the lounge?+
No. Anyone can shop the case and use the free lounge floor space. Membership adds discounts, priority access, and reserved perks on top of that.
Can I change or cancel my tier?+
Yes, month to month — talk to staff at the counter or reach out through the contact page. There's no long-term contract.
How does the grading submission perk work?+
Legacy and Vault members get slotted into our monthly bulk PSA/BGS/SGC order. You still pay the grading company's fee (at our bulk rate, no shop markup) — the perk is priority slotting and no submission-day line.
What happens to Vault storage if I downgrade or cancel?+
You'll have 30 days to pick up anything in vault storage, or move it into a consignment listing instead.
